1044.07 RATES FOR SERVICE.

The maximum rates that may be charged by the Company for water, water service and fire protection furnished in the City shall be as agreed upon from time to time by Council and the Company. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
