Every private security officer, unarmed security officer, his employer and the owner of the premises where the private security officer or unarmed security officer is to perform his duties shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Mentor, its agents, servants and employees against any and all claims arising out of such private security officer’s activities as a private security officer or activities incidental or related thereto.
