Every private security officer shall provide, along with his application for registration as a private security officer, proof that he is insured by a policy or policies of comprehensive general liability insurance in an amount of at least three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) for any and all claims for bodily injury and property damage arising out of his activities as a private security officer or activities incidental or related thereto and said policy of insurance shall name the City of Mentor as an additional insured thereon.
