If the Town Commission determines that the applicant is eligible to be issued a permit as provided in § 111.22(b), a regulatory permit shall be issued to be effective for one year from the date of issuance. A permit shall be renewed upon the approval of the Town Commission in accordance with §§ 61-15 through 61-28, after an application for renewal has been duly submitted together with a renewal application fee of $100.
