The hearing shall be held after notice thereof has been given by mail to the permittee at the address shown on the permit and after notice thereof by publication at least once and not less than ten days prior to the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the town. Any such hearing may be continued from time to time without further notice. Such notice shall also list specifically the acts or occurrences concerning which the hearing will be held.
