§ 46-20. ENFORCEMENT BY CODE ENFORCEMENT SPECIAL MAGISTRATE; PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter may be enforced by the Town Code Enforcement special magistrate with the penalties as provided in § 11-21, except that the provisions of § 46-21 regarding the removal and destruction of certain personal property shall be the responsibility of the Police Department.
