There is hereby adopted by reference by the town for the purpose of prescribing a supplemental procedure for removal and destruction of certain abandoned property Chapter 705, Florida Statutes, save and except such portions as may hereinafter be amended, of which not less than three copies have been and are filed in the office of the Town Clerk. The same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set forth at length herein.
