(a) Sections 14-2 through 14-9 shall be known as the "homestead exemption for economically disadvantaged senior citizens code," and any reference in said sections to the "code" shall be interpreted as applying to the aforesaid "homestead exemption for economically disadvantaged senior citizens code."
(b) Authority for adoption of this enactment is pursuant to the authority granted the town in accordance with Section 6(f), Article VII of the Florida Constitution of 1968, and § 196.075, Florida Statutes.
