§ 77.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   See § 70.99 for general traffic code penalty.
   (B)   (1)   The fines for the following traffic violations shall be as set by Council from time to time.
      (2)   The Police Department is directed to prepare and have produced an envelope type violation ticket setting forth on the face thereof, the fines listed out in the division (B)(1) above, and the Police Department is authorized to purchase such numbers of such envelope-type tickets or summonses may be necessary in the proper administration of the Department.
   (C)   Whoever violates §§ 77.025 through 77.029 shall be fined an amount set by Council from time to time for each offense.
   (D)   Vehicles in violation of §§ 77.040 through 77.043 can be towed at the owner’s expense. A violation of §§ 77.040 through 77.043 can be punishable by a fine set by Council from time to time plus court cost, per each citation.
   (E)   The penalty for a violation of §§ 77.055 through 77.057 shall be either incarceration in the county jail for a period not to exceed 30 days or a fine set by Council from time to time or both such fine and imprisonment.
   (F)   The penalty for a violation of §§ 77.070 through 77.073 shall be a fine set by Council from time to time.
   (G)   The penalty for a violation of any of § 77.087 above shall be a fine set by Council from time to time.
   (H)   For any violation under § 77.100, any person found guilty or pleading guilty shall be subject to a fine set by Council from time to time, plus mandatory costs. For second and subsequent violations, there shall be a fine set by Council from time to time.
