Council may also cause certain spaces to be marked indicated on the Traffic Control Map as non-parking areas, loading and unloading areas or restricted parking areas limited to five minute parking, 30 minute parking, one hour parking or other time limit parking. These parking areas shall be marked by paint or shall have such limitations indicated on a sign erected at such area. Council may further change these regulations from time to time as needed in order to facilitate traffic parking, loading and unloading and the like.
