From and after the effective date of this subchapter it shall be illegal for any person to park a vehicle along U.S. Route 219 from the southern edge of the fence of Burns Motor Freight as it adjoins the right- of-way of U.S. Route 219 northward to the southern end of the Community of Riverside so that any part of the vehicle is within eight feet of the paved portion of the roadway. The southernmost point of the Community of Riverside shall be determined by extending a line along the fence which divides the real estate currently owned by Tom Burns and the Community of Riverside to the edge of the right-of-way of U.S. Route 219.
