The Council has designated the following streets and avenues as the business district within the town and has designated said district for free parking: Eighth (Main) Street from the bridge to Fifth Avenue; Ninth Street from First Avenue to Fifth Avenue; First Avenue from Eighth Street to Ninth Street; Second Avenue and Third Avenue from Seventh Street to Ninth Street; Fourth Avenue from the North end of the Marlinton Depot to Ninth Street; and Tenth Avenue from Judge Street to Jury Street.
