(A) From and after the effective date of this subchapter, it shall be unlawful to park trucks of greater than two-ton capacity on public property in residential areas within the town.
(B) It shall be unlawful for drivers of trucks of over two-ton capacity to drive upon or park upon any public roadway or public property within the town except for Route 39 and further except for local deliveries.
(C) It shall be unlawful to park any truck of a capacity of two tons or over on any public property within the town.
