353.09 CITY BUILDING METER ZONE.

The provisions of this Traffic Code establishing regulations, controls, penalties, violations and impounding of vehicles, shall apply to the off-street parking area located on City premises immediately east of the new City Building, extending from Park Avenue East to East Third Street. Meters shall be installed pursuant to this Code on the premises described in this section in accordance with a schedule for metered parking established by the Director of Public Service.
