353.08 REPORTS OF VIOLATIONS.

It shall be the duty of the Division of Police pursuant to regulations issued by the Director of Public Safety to:

(a) Report the number of violations of this Traffic Code occuring in each numbered parking meter space;

(b) Report the state license plate number of each vehicle violating this Code in each numbered parking meter space and the date and time thereof;

(c) Report any other facts a knowledge of which is necessary to a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending such violation;

(d) Attach to such vehicle in violation of this Code a citation.
