§ 157.07 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION; REVIEW OF APPLICATION.

   A building permit to begin construction is required. Refer to §§ 150.20 through 150.22 of this code for detailed requirements.

§ 157.08 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER ORDINANCES.

   All work done under any building permit shall be in full compliance with all other ordinances pertaining thereto. Refer to § 150.23 of this code for detailed requirements.

§ 157.09 FEES.

   A building permit required by § 150.20 of this code shall be issued upon prior payment of fees. Refer to § 150.24 of this code for detailed requirements, including the fee schedule.

§ 157.10 AUTHORITY OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR.

   The Building Inspector is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce all of the provisions of this code. Refer to § 150.35 of this code for detailed requirements.

§ 157.11 INSPECTION; ASSISTANCE.

   The Building Inspector, following the issuance of any building permit, shall make, or cause to be made, inspections of the work being done in order to ensure full compliance with the provisions of this code. Refer to § 150.36 of this code for detailed requirements.

§ 157.12 ENTRY.

   The Building Inspector, or his duly authorized representative, following the presentation of the proper credentials, is authorized to enter the work site in order to perform required duties. Refer to § 150.37 of this code for detailed requirements.

§ 157.13 STOP ORDER.

   The Building Inspector may order any work which appears to being done contrary to the provisions of this ordinance halted by a written notice. Refer to § 150.38 of this code for detailed requirements.
