GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 152.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   The Comprehensive Plan of Madison, Indiana, as adopted by Ord. 1981-48 on 8-18-81 and any amendments thereto, is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth in this code of ordinances. Copies of the Comprehensive Plan and any amendments thereto shall be placed in the file of the City Clerk-Treasurer where they shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours.

PLAN COMMISSION
§ 152.10 COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The City Plan Commission is created pursuant to IC 36-7-4-100 et seq.
   (B)   The Plan Commission shall be advisory and consist of members as set forth in IC 36-7-4-207(b) and IC 36-7-4-214.

§ 152.11 CERTIFICATION OF MEMBERS.
   The Clerk of the Common Council shall certify members appointed, and the certificates shall be sent to and be a part of the records of the City Plan Commission. The Mayor shall make similar certification for the appointment of citizen members.
