The Plan Commission shall keep and maintain all records, certificates, plans, and other materials associated with any permit or variance issued in a floodway district. The Plan Commission should not issue any permit, license, or variance for the location or occupancy of any mobile home in a floodway until such time as proper notice written on the lease, deed, or purchase contract is given to the mobile home owner that such mobile home is in a flood hazard area.
