§ 152.16 MASTER PLAN.
   The City Plan Commission shall be invested with all the authority and duties as prescribed in the enabling act, being Chapter 174, the acts of 1947 of the Indiana General Assembly. The Commission is authorized to establish and create a master plan for the city, taking into consideration the various items included in the statute, and is further authorized to submit it to the Common Council in the form of an ordinance with proper provision for its enforcement and to give proper notice of the dates set for hearing on the ordinance and master plan.
