The Board of Public Works and Safety may establish zones for bus stops, taxicab stands, and loading stands for other passenger common- carrier motor vehicles in such places and in such number as the Board shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the public. Every such zone shall be designated by appropriate signs, and shall be used solely for the purpose designated.

The parking of recreational vehicles of all types on city streets is prohibited except in authorized areas.

(A) No person shall park a vehicle in or otherwise obstruct any public or private area devoted to the public use in the City, designated and marked as a fire lane, including:
(1) Any areas, as defined above, currently designated as fire lanes;
(2) Fire lanes required by either the State or City Fire (Prevention) Codes;
(3) Additional areas designated as fire lanes by the Board of Public Works and Safety as may become necessary upon investigation by the City Fire Chief or Fire Inspector.
(B) The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby authorized to erect such signs as may be necessary to implement the intent of this section.

HANDICAPPED PARKING PROVISIONS
For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSON." Any person who submits proof satisfactory to the Board of Public Works and Safety that he has permanently lost the use of a leg or both legs, an arm or both arms, or any combination thereof; or any person who is so severely disabled as to be unable to move without the aid of crutches or a wheelchair.
