ADVISORY COMMISSION ON INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
§ 33.001 ESTABLISHMENT.
   Pursuant to the provisions of IC 36-7-13-1 through 36-7-13-9, there is hereby established an advisory commission on industrial development which shall be called the City of Madison Advisory Commission on Industrial Development whose membership shall be established and members appointed as provided for by IC 36-7-13-5.

§ 33.002 REVOLVING FUND.
   Pursuant to the provisions of IC 36-7-13-4 there is hereby created and established a special revolving fund to be known as the City of Madison Industrial Development Fund into which any available and unappropriated monies of the city may be transferred by the Common Council.

§ 33.003 PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT.
   Any property acquired by the city specifically for industrial development purposes (except that property previously acquired by the city and now available for industrial development purposes which is located in the city Industrial Park as developed, platted, and recorded in the official records in the office of the County Recorder all pursuant to Ordinance 1983-22, passed 12- -83) shall be controlled, developed, and sold or leased to persons or entities for the sole purpose of industrial development pursuant to the provisions of IC 36-7-13-1 through 36-7-13-9 and any amendments thereto.
