12.08.070 Street games prohibited.

   It is unlawful to play any games upon any street, alley or sidewalk or other public place, where such games cause unnecessary noise or interfere with traffic or pedestrians. (Prior code § 4-4-37)

12.08.080 Encroachments prohibited.

   It is unlawful to erect or maintain any building or structure which encroaches upon any public street or property. (Prior code § 4-4-33)

12.08.090 Use of alleys for car maintenance prohibited.

   The use of any alley of the city for repairing or working upon automobiles or other vehicles or for the purpose of supplying gas, oil or air to automobiles or other motor vehicles is prohibited; and all persons are prohibited from placing or maintaining in any of the alleys of the city stations for the purpose of supplying gas, oil or air to automobiles and other motor vehicles or from placing or maintaining in any alley building material or any other obstruction of any kind. (Prior code § 4-4-6)

12.08.100 Obstructing drains prohibited.

   It is unlawful to obstruct any drain in any public street or property. (Prior code § 4-4-34)

12.08.110 Poles and wires-Permission required.

   It is unlawful to erect any poles or wires or maintain any poles or wires over any public place, street, alley or other public way without having first secured permission from the city commission. (Prior code § 4-4-35)

12.08.120 Gasoline pumps prohibited.

   It is unlawful, to erect or maintain any gasoline pump on any public street or sidewalk in the city. (Prior code § 4-4-36)

12.08.130 Railroad track-Construction regulations.

   All railroad companies running and operating their railroad tracks across the streets of the city shall build, construct and maintain a roadway between their several tracks, between the rails of their several tracks and across the entire width of such streets between sidewalks. Such roadways to be and constructed level with such railroad tracks and in such manner that such railroad tracks will not make any obstruction to vehicles crossing the same. (Prior code § 4-4-7)
