2.08.040   Qualifications.
   Any qualified elector may be a candidate for municipal office, provided he or she resides within the corporate limits of the city and has so resided for thirty days preceding the municipal election and is registered to vote within the city and within the district in which they live. (Amended during 1992 codification: prior code § 2-1-6)
