No person shall stand or park a commercial vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of traffic and with the right hand wheels of the vehicle within 18 inches of the curb line or edge of the roadway, except as follows; (Amended by Ord. (a) Upon those streets which have been marked or signed by the Department for angle parking, upon which streets commercial vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb indicated by such marks or signs. (Amended by Ord. No. 134,523. Eff. 7/17/67.)
(b) Upon those streets where parking on the left side of the roadway or otherwise is specifically provided in this chapter. (Amended by Ord. No. 122,716, Eff. 10/5/62.)
