The Department shall provide landscape maintenance services on and for those parking lots and facilities in the City of Los Angeles owned and/or operated by the City's Department of Transportation, which require these services, as set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding executed between the departments. The Memorandum shall list the specific inventory of facilities where these services will be performed, and the Memorandum may be amended from time to time as appropriate.
