Sec. 5.135. Creation of the Fund.

   There is hereby created within the Department of General Services of the City of Los Angeles a Fund, which is known as the “Printing Revolving Fund,” referred to in this chapter as the “Fund.”

Sec. 5.136. Purpose of the Fund.

   The Fund may be used for the purpose of financing the cost of materials, supplies, equipment, salaries, wages, and necessary expenses in connection with the carrying on of activities and duties of the Printing Division of the Department of General Services.

Sec. 5.137. Charges for Printing Services.

   The Purchasing Agent shall charge each officer and each department of the City with their proportionate share of the expense incurred by the Printing Division. Such expense shall be determined by the City Controller and the Purchasing Agent, and shall be charged in the same manner as materials and supplies are charged.
