(A) Every vehicle stopped or parked upon a two-way roadway in the Village shall be so stopped or parked with the right hand wheels parallel to and within twelve inches (12") of the right hand curb or as close thereto as practicable to the right hand edge of the right hand shoulder.
(B) Every vehicle parked in a compact car space shall not exceed the size limitation indicated by the posted restriction and shall not protrude or overhang any space limitation marked on the pavement. (Ord. 92-2321, 10-19-1992)
(C) Any person failing to obey these restrictions shall be fined as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures” for each offense. (Ord. 96-2776, 5-20-1996; amd. Ord. 2021-4921, 9-20-2021)
