Sec. 22-8. - Recruitment.

Except as otherwise provided by law, the respective appointing authority shall determine the specific recruiting methods to be used in filling any vacancy in a position covered by this chapter. If requested by the respective appointing authority, the director shall provide assistance in recruiting applicants for any vacant position.
