Editor's note(s)—Chapter 8, relating to the fire and police departments, under revision at the time of republication and thus omitted, was repealed by § 8 of Ord. No. 135-82, adopted July 29, 1982. Provisions relating to members of the divisions of fire and emergency services and police are now found in ch. 23. Subsequently, § 1 of Ord.
