Editor's note(s)—At the direction of the urban county government, the editors deleted the former provisions of chapter 17A, pertaining to subdivisions, derived from Ord. No. 5614, enacted Aug. 11, 1966, as amended. The urban county government has, by Ord. No. 179-69 passed Aug. 3, 1966, adopted new subdivision regulations which are on file in the urban county clerk's office.
