Editor's note(s)—Sections 1 and 2 of Ord. No. 199-88, adopted Sept. 8, 1988, effective retroactive to June 20, 1988, amended ch. 20 to read as set out in §§ 24-1—24-43, 24-50. The chapter formerly consisted of § 24-1 and was derived from Ord. No. 165-87, § 1, adopted July 16, 1987.
