§ 3-2-1-11. DISPLAY OF UNAUTHORIZED SIGNS.
   (A)   No person shall place, maintain or display upon or in view of any highway any unauthorized sign, signal, marking or device which purports to be or resembles an official traffic-control device or railroad sign or signal, or which attempts to direct the movement of traffic, or which hides from view or interferes with the effectiveness of any official traffic-control device or railroad sign or signal.
   (B)   No person shall place or maintain any commercial advertising upon any official traffic sign or signal.

§ 3-2-1-12. REMOVAL OF UNAUTHORIZED SIGNS.
   Every prohibited sign, signal or marking as set forth in § 3-2-1-11 is hereby declared to be a public nuisance, and the authority having jurisdiction over the highway is hereby empowered to remove it or cause it to be removed without notice.
§ 3-2-1-13. INTERFERENCE WITH OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES AND RAILROAD SIGNALS.
   No person shall without lawful authority attempt to or in fact alter, deface, injure, knock down or remove any official traffic-control device or any railroad sign or signal or any inscription, shield or insignia thereon or any other part thereof.

§ 3-2-1-14. TURN MARKERS.
   (A)   The Street Commissioner is hereby authorized to place turn marker signs within or adjacent to specific intersections, as determined from time to time by the Common Council, indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles traveling through the intersections.
   (B)   When authorized turn markers are placed within an intersection indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles therein, no driver of a vehicle shall disobey the directions indicated by the turn markers.

§ 3-2-1-15. RESTRICTED TURN INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   The Common Council may from time to time determine those intersections at which drivers of vehicles shall not make a right, left or U-turn, and the Street Commissioner shall place proper signs at the intersections.
   (B)   The making of the turns may be prohibited between certain hours of any day and permitted at other hours, in which event the same shall be plainly indicated on the signs.
   (C)   Where restricted turn signs are erected, no vehicle shall proceed through the intersection in a manner which is prohibited by the signs.

§ 3-2-1-16. ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS; SIGNS.
   Upon those streets and parts of streets and in those alleys hereinafter enumerated, vehicular traffic shall move in the indicated direction when signs indicating the direction are erected and maintained at every intersection on the portions of the street where movement in the opposite direction is prohibited.

§ 3-2-1-17. PROHIBITION OF COASTERS, ROLLER SKATES AND SIMILAR DEVICES.
   No person upon roller skates or riding in or upon any coaster, toy vehicle or similar device shall go upon any roadway, except while crossing a street at a crosswalk.
