§ 3-2-1-22. DRIVING THROUGH CROSSING GATE AT RAILROAD GRADE CROSSING.
   No person shall drive any vehicle through, around or under any crossing gate at a railroad grade crossing while the gate is lowered across the roadway, or is in process of being lowered or raised, or do so while any barrier or sign bars passage and indicates a stop. No pedestrian shall cross any railroad when any barrier, sign or gate indicates a stop.

§ 3-2-1-23. FOLLOWING EMERGENCY APPARATUS.
   No driver of any vehicle, other than one on official public business, shall follow closer than 500 feet any police vehicle, fire apparatus or ambulance traveling with audible siren and/or visible light signals.

§ 3-2-1-24. CROSSING FIRE HOSE.
   No vehicle shall be driven over any unprotected hose of a Fire Department when laid down on any street, alley or private driveway to be used at any fire or alarm of fire, except upon specific direction by the Fire Department or police personnel at the scene.
