CHAPTER 242
Department of Police
   EDITOR'S NOTE: The City has agreements with neighboring municipalities providing for mutual police aid and assistance. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk. Resolutions 7441 and 7442, passed January 24, 1979, as amended by Resolution 7578, passed May 27, 1981, approved the Cambria County Police Communications Network Agreements, Phases I and II, which prescribe the manner in which the County and other units of government will participate in a consolidated police communications network.
   Resolution 8021, passed August 8, 1990, and Ordinance 4621, passed September 9, 1992, authorized Municipal Drug Task Force Agreements to coordinate narcotics investigation, enforcement and prosecution activities.
   Ordinance 4542, passed September 12, 1990, adopted and ratified the Municipal Police Cooperative Agreement, which provides for inter-municipal cooperation in narcotics and other enforcement operations.
   Copies of this legislation and of such Agreements may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
