(a) The City may provide, upon request, a burglar alarm service for all businesses and commercial and financial establishments within the City.
(b) An application for such service shall be made with the Director/Chief of the Department of Police.
(c) All subscribers, current and new, to the burglar alarm service, connected directly to the Police Department or to an answering service calling the Department, shall pay an installation fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to the Director of Finance.
(d) An annual fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), payable in advance, shall be charged to all subscribers, including telephone and answering service connections, and shall be collected by the Director of Finance.
(e) All subscribers using telephone devices connected to the Department, or an answering service calling the Department, and all new subscribers thereto, shall, in addition to the charges set forth in subsections (c) and (d) hereof, pay a one time fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for Trac Taping their emergency calls to the Department, payable to the Director of Finance.
