   EDITOR'S NOTE: This Chapter, previously titled "Signs, Signboards and Billboards," and being a codification of Ordinance 1965-4, passed June 8, 1965, as amended, was repealed and re-enacted in its entirety by Ordinance 1987-18, passed August 11, 1987. Thereafter, this Chapter was repealed and reenacted by Ordinance 2020-101 and passed on October 13, 2020.
