CITY OF IMLAY CITY ZONING ORDINANCE
§ 51.32 UNAUTHORIZED CONDUCT.
   No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently tamper with, damage, destroy, uncover, defaced any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is part of the municipal industrial sewage line. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct.
