CITY OF IMLAY CITY ZONING ORDINANCE
§ 51.27 CONTROL BY CITY.
   The city shall control or cause to be controlled any and all valves, inlets, outlets, meters and gauges whatsoever connected to any industrial sewer line. The use of any industrial sewer line shall be subject to all reasonable and lawful regulations to be prescribed by the City Commission.
