§ 33.161 ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   The Commission shall elect annually a Chairperson and any other officers, as it shall deem necessary from its membership.
   (B)   The Commission may adopt such rules and regulations to govern its operations, as it considers necessary to effectuate its purpose.
   (C)   A majority of all voting members shall constitute a quorum for conducting the Commission’s business.
