   149.01 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Municipal Manager shall have the following powers and duties in addition to those prescribed by the Greenhills Charter:
   (a)   To acquire Federal surplus property from the Ohio State Agency for Surplus Property under the terms and conditions as are provided by Council.
      (Ord. 82-34S. Passed 6-1-82.)
