149.03 SUBMISSION OF PUBLIC WORKS APPLICATIONS.

The Municipal Manager is hereby designated as Chief Executive Officer for the political subdivision of Greenhills, Ohio, for a term concurrent with his appointment as Municipal Manager for purposes of submitting applications to the District Public Works Integrating Committee (DPWIC).
