149.02 CHECK SIGNING.

The Municipal Manager is authorized to sign Village checks and the Mayor may sign Village checks in the absence of the Municipal Manager. In the event of the absence from the Village of both the Municipal Manager and Mayor, Section 2.07 of the Charter shall apply.
