159.05 POWERS OF MUNICIPAL MANAGER.

The Municipal Manager shall have all necessary authority to provide for the full-time supervision and control of the recreation needs of the Municipality and shall have the authority to employ any and all necessary personnel to provide for the recreation needs of the Municipality.
