1311.22 CONTRACTORS TO REGISTER WITH CITY TAX ADMINISTRATOR.
   Any contractor or subcontractor applying for a permit to do building, reconstruction, construction or remodeling shall, when applying for such building permit, register their name, place of business and person or persons to whom correspondence shall be directed with the City Income Tax Administrator. The Building Division shall not issue any building permit until the contractor or subcontractor has registered their name with the City Income Tax Department.

1311.23 PERMIT FOR CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND FEES.
   (a)   No person, firm, contractor or corporation may install a central air-conditioning unit, without first submitting, on a City building application, all information required for the installation of such units.
 
   (b)   No air-conditioning system shall be installed unless a permit for such installation shall first have been secured. Applications for such permits shall be made to the Building Commissioner by the owner or his agent and shall include plans and specifications of the proposed installation, and the location of the equipment as to the property lines, setback, required side and rear yard, main building and buildings on adjacent properties shown on the back page of application. No permit shall be issued unless the fees provided in Section 1311.21 have been paid, in addition to any electrical, plumbing, sewer or heating fees which may be applicable.
   (c)   The air-conditioning compressor in a residential area shall be located behind the last extremity of the main building or within the discretion of the Commissioner. Corner lots may receive other considerations.
 
   (d)   Final inspection by the City shall be made upon completion of installation. The job shall be considered complete upon final City inspection.
