1301.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   The owner or occupant of any property, building, structure, wall, platform, staging or flooring, or part thereof, where anything in violation of this Building Code and the Codes herein adopted shall be placed or shall exist, and any architect, builder, plumber, carpenter, mason, electrician or other artisan, who may be employed to assist in the commission of any such violation, and all persons who shall violate any of the provisions of this Building Code and the Codes herein adopted or fail to comply therewith, or fail to comply with any order issued pursuant to this Building Code and the Codes herein adopted, or who shall build in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day during which any condition in violation of this Building Code and the Codes herein adopted, shall continue shall constitute a separate violation.
 
   (b)   Whoever interferes with, obstructs or hinders the Building Commissioner while he is attempting to make an inspection, except as provided in Section 1301.12 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
