§ 110.095 ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD.
   The official shall cause to be kept in the official’s office an accurate record of every junk yard license application received and acted on, together with all relevant information and material pertaining to the application, any junk yard license issued pursuant this subchapter and any junk yard operated pursuant to a junk yard license.

§ 110.096 NUISANCE DECLARED.
   Any junk yard established, operated or maintained in violation of any of the provisions or requirements of this subchapter or of any junk yard license shall be and the same is declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance. The city may, in addition to or in lieu of any other remedies set forth in this subchapter, commence an action to enjoin, remove or abate the nuisance in the manner provided by law and shall take any other steps and apply to the court or courts as may have jurisdiction to grant relief as will abate or remove the public nuisance, and restrain and enjoin any person from establishing, operating or maintaining a junk yard contrary to the provisions of this subchapter.

§ 110.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of any section of §§ 110.070 through 110.073 is punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500.

   (C)   In addition to any other action authorized by §§ 110.085 through 110.096, any person who violates, neglects, refuses to comply with or assists or participates in any way in the violation of any of the provisions or requirements of this subchapter or of any of the provisions or requirements of any junk yard license, shall be fined not more than $500 for each violation. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. The official shall give written notice to the person of the violation and the fine imposed by serving a citation in person or by certified U.S. mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, addressed to the licensee’s address as set forth in the licensee’s application.
