During the pendency of any application for, or during the term of, any junk yard license, the applicant or licensee shall promptly notify the official in writing either of any change in any material information given by the applicant or licensee in the application for the license, including specifically any change in the individuals identified in the application pursuant to § 110.087(C)(1), (2) or (7) of this subchapter; or if any of the events constituting grounds for suspension or revocation pursuant to § 110.094(A) occur.
