§ 110.095 ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD.
   The official shall cause to be kept in the official’s office an accurate record of every junk yard license application received and acted on, together with all relevant information and material pertaining to the application, any junk yard license issued pursuant this subchapter and any junk yard operated pursuant to a junk yard license.
