§ 30.01 REGULAR MEETINGS; INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS; PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE MEETINGS.

   (A)   The City Council shall hold its official regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. These meetings shall begin at the hour of 6:00 p.m. at the Florence Government Center, 8100 Ewing Boulevard, Florence, Kentucky. Any and all business may be discussed and acted upon at those regular meetings.

   (B)   City Council shall hold regularly scheduled informal informational meetings on the first and third Tuesday of each month. These meetings shall begin at the hour of 6:00 p.m. at the Florence Government Center, 8100 Ewing Boulevard, Florence, Kentucky. Any and all business may be discussed and acted upon at those regular meetings.

   (C)   The Planning and Zoning Committee of the City Council shall hold its official regular meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m., at the Florence Government Center, 8100 Ewing Boulevard, Florence, Kentucky.

§ 30.02 MEMBERS.

   The number of members of the city's legislative body is hereby fixed at six. All of the members shall be elected at large by the voters of the city, and the elections shall be governed by the general election laws of the state.

§ 30.03 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE.

   There in hereby created the Planning and Zoning Committee which shall be a standing committee of the City Counci1. All members of the City Council shall be members of the Planning and Zoning Committee. The Planning and Zoning Committee shall elect one of its members to preside at meetings of the Committee.
