(A) The City Council shall hold its official regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. The meetings shall begin at the hour of 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Government Center Building, 8100 Ewing Boulevard, Florence, Kentucky. Any and all business may be discussed and acted upon at said regular meetings.
(B) In addition to said regular meetings, the City Council shall hold regularly scheduled informal informational meetings on the first and third Tuesday of each month. The meetings shall begin at the hour of 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Government Center Building, 8100 Ewing Boulevard, Florence, Kentucky. Any and all city business may be discussed at said informal informational meetings, but no official action shall be taken at said meetings.
(C) The Planning and Zoning Committee of the City Council shall hold its official regular meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m., in the City Council Caucus Room at the Government Center Building, 8100 Ewing Boulevard, Florence, Kentucky.
